Restricted Visiting Arrangement by Advanced Booking (Updated on 9th January, 2023)

Freni Care and Attention Home (the Home) will revise the restricted visiting arrangement by advanced booking in accordance with the latest guidelines issued by the Social Welfare Department with effect from 9th January, 2023. All visitors should observe the following measures:


1. The Home will serve 6 visiting sessions daily: 
1st session: 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
2nd session: 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
3rd session: 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
4th session: 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
5th session: 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
6th session: 6:30 p.p. to 7:00 p.m.


2. Each floor accommodates visit arrangement for 2 different residents in each session, and each resident will be arranged for visiting by two registered visitors.


3. Visitors can visit resident in his/her living floor (all session) or G/F garden specific area (1st to 4th session) (depends on the health status of resident).


4. Each resident might schedule for two visits per week (Mondays to Sundays) on first-come-first serve basis. The Home accepts booking within one week and two days (by 1p.m.) before the visit day.


5. The Home accepts bookings with WhatsApp (text message only). WhatsApp No.: 9768-0767


6. The Vaccine Pass requirement in RCHs has been removed. Vaccine Pass is no longer required for visitors/residents participating in outing activities. On visitation arrangements, all visitors are still required to undergo polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 (PCR tests) within 48 hours prior to the visit, and provide negative PCR test results in order to visit RCHs.


7. For residents who have not received any COVID-19 vaccines or have received less than two vaccine doses, or residents who can produce medical certificates to prove their unsuitability for receiving COVID-19 vaccines due to health reasons, COVID-19 rapid antigen tests (RATs) at designated area of RCHs are required for their visitors prior to the visits. They must present negative RAT results, in addition to negative PCR test results, in order to visit RCHs.


8. No eating or drinking is allowed during the visitation.
