To encourage and provide opportunity for the ambassador to exercise more, Walk for Health was successfully held on Sunday 15 November 2015 from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm. A briefing session on safety issues and details of the hiking route was done before the Centre Manager, Mr. Tommy HO, performed stretching and warm-up exercise with the participants. A total of 80 participants including guests, volunteers, Family Health Ambassadors, their friends and relatives joined the hiking activity. They went hiking along Lugard Road and Harlech Road at the Peak and then descended to Pok Fu Lam Country Park. The duration of the hike was about 2-3 hours.
