Research was shown that one of the major factors resulting the work stress is the conflict among the colleagues and the supervisors.

  • Formation of "Small Group"
  • The difference of character, sex, age
  • Personal concept and thought
II) How to handle conflict  

1. Prepare yourself to accept the challenge

  • To maintain the balance of both physical and psychosocial well beings to do exercise and have some entertainment after office hour
  • Learn how to relax

2. Negotiation and compromise

  • To admit the existing problem which should be solved by both parties
  • To understand each other's point of view or invite a trustful person to assist the negotiation
  • To adopt the way which could be acceptable by both parties, or mark down the responsibility and duty of each party to avoid future conflicts

3. Better Personal Inter-relationship

  • more encouragement, more appreciation
  • more communication
  • pay attention to verbal attitude
III) The conflict hasn't been solved
  • To review the current way of problem solving
  • To seek the advice of expert
  • All attempts failed, the other alternatives for solving the problem are secondment or resignation
