Do define the problem

To identify the source of stress, to analyze the symptom.

Do be positive

Be open and honest with other people and adopt an optimistic approach to life in general.

Do reveal feelings

Try to understand the relationship between your emotions and stress.

Do adapt to changes

Changes are a natural part of modem living, looking for the required information or help and handle matters step by step.

Do take rest

Maintain a good balance between rest and work. Take a balance diet and exercise every day. Develop healthy hobbies and interests.

Don't force yourself

Don't be a perfectionist and treat yourself and others too harshly.

Don't Compare

Everyone is unique with his or her own strengths and weaknesses so don't pay too much attention to comparison.

Don't avoid

It is better to bravely face setbacks and learn from past experience to strengthen yourself.

Don't hesitate
