Work |
- Use the stairs instead of the elevators more
often.
- Walk to office instead of travelling by vehicles
when the destination is not too far away.
- Walk to and fro while on the phone.
- Walk over to your colleagues and talk to them
face-to-face instead of using phone so as to
increase the amount of physical activity.
- Do some neck and back stretching exercise
during a break.
- Outdoor activities should preferably be arranged
as staff social gathering.
- Go for a walk after meal.

Leisure Time |
- Active leisure activities: shopping, dancing
or gymnastics etc.
- Regular physical activity: playing badminton,
tennis, swimming etc.
- Spend less time on sedentary pastimes like
watching television or playing computer games.
- Outdoor activities: hiking, picnicking etc.
- Aerobic exercise: jogging, bicycling and
playing ball games.
