of blood supply and develops necrosis.

However most myocardial
infarctions happen when patients are at rest or having
light activities

Symptoms
-

Persistent
chest pain, not relieved by rest or
nitroglycerin tablets. |
| II. |
Pain
nature differs with individuals' severe
pressure, crushing, compression, heaviness,
radiating to shoulders, arms (esp.
the left), neck, jaw and back. |

Patients who had angina should
go to emergency room when chest
pain cannot be relieved within 10
minutes after taking three tablets
of nitroglycerin.

ii.
|
Patients who did not have heart
disease should attend for emergency
room when chest pain lasts more
than 2 minutes.
|
