1. To provide quality Chinese medicine service on a self-financed basis;     2. To provide training opportunities for graduates from Chinese medicine schools of local tertiary institutions;     3. To collaborate with Hospital Authority and the University of Hong Kong to promote evidence-based Chinese medicine practice and clinical research in compliance with the requirements set by the Hong Kong East Cluster Ethics Committees under Hospital Authority.
