• Completed application forms can be returned to our Home in person / by mail / by fax. We will contact the applicants direct for arrangement of pre-admission assessment;

Subvented Places:

• Applications can be made through the Integrated Family Service Centres / Medical Social Services Units / District Elderly Community Centres / Neighbourhood Elderly Centres / Social Centres for the Elderly of Social Welfare Department / non-governmental organizations, or the board members of the Association.
